INVESTIGATION
Reviewing & Challenging All Possible Allegations
The first thing we explore when beginning a new case is the alleged facts presented from the law enforcement Investigation. Cases are often overcharged and/or are charged to the maximum possible charges available to the Prosecution. Defendant's may be:
Completely innocent of everything charged
Innocent of some of the charges and actions alleged
Or they may be completely guilty of everything charged

Regardless of degree of innocence or guilt, the law enforcement Investigation must be thoroughly reviewed and challenged wherever possible. When DeSayeDI is on the case, you can trust that this essential work is completed before any exploration of case settlement is considered.
CHALLENGING THE ALLEGATIONS
We are technically competent with a working knowledge of the legal standards for the charged offense, rules of evidence, and rules of criminal procedure with the knowledge, skills, and resources to identify and evaluate witnesses and evidence most relevant to the Defense.

Criminal Forensic Investigation includes diligent case review of the law enforcement's Investigation and evidence. We explore challenging any physical evidence utilized in the allegations. We also explore all witness evidence presented to challenge any identified issues there as well.
