DESAYE DEFENSE INVESTIGATIONS PRICING

Below is a guideline of the minimum estimated pricing by area of need.  We begin with a retainer for the Initial Plan Assessment phase and once we are working within that phase we can provide an accurate estimate for other phases based upon what is identified and the volume of documentation and items to review.  We charge hourly at a rate of $150.00 per hour and can negotiate flat fees for segments of work once we understand the case complexity and volume of material available.

Defendants can choose which services beyond the Initial Plan Assessment they want/need.  Following the initial plan retainer, we can divide the estimated and accrued hours by phase into payments while the investigation is pending.  All final payments due must be paid prior to report or video submittals.  We can process credit card payments as needed.
